Verdict
Who it is for — and who should skip
Who it is for
HAPPRUN is Best value because it ships with licensed Google TV at native 1080p. Apps stay honest at the entry price. It is not a native 4K Cosmos twin. Skip outdoor daylight or laser installs.
Who should skip
Skip if you need native 4K or outdoor daylight punch. Licensed Google TV at native 1080p is the value; the listing also states 400 ANSI lumens and 4K support, which is not the Cosmos native 4K. Capsule 3 is the portable Netflix-certified pick, not a cheaper twin of this box.
